An o-ring is a simple and versatile ring-shaped packing or sealing
device with a circular cross section (from which the "O" in
its name is derived). The purpose of using O-ring seals is to
prevent leakage and loss of liquids or gases. They simplicity,
convenience, and small installation space. As long as the groove
design and material selection are correct, and the operating
conditions are within the temperature range of the rubber material,
the seal can have a long-term sealing effect in the static
or dynamic seal.
The size of o-ring is determined by the inner diameter ID and the
wire diameter CS. O-ring size calculation:
outer diameter = inner diameter + 2 x wire diameter (OD = ID + 2x
CS).
O-Ring Advantages:

5. A very wide range of elastomer material can be selected, main
material: NBR(BUNA-N, Nitrile), FKM(FKM), Silicone(VMQ), HNBR,
FFKM, EPDM, PU(Polyurethane, urethane), Fluorosilicone(FVMQ),
Neoprene(CR) and so on. Hardness of material can be from 40
ShoreA(Durometer) to 90 ShoreA(Durometer)

Appearance meets GB/T3452.2-2007 Material meets HG/T2579-2008 Size
meets GB/T3452.1-2005

NBR Rubber :
Nitrile rubber (NBR, Buna-N) provides excellent resistance to
petroleum oils as well as mineral and vegetable oil.
Nitrile rubber also offers strong resistance to heat aging - often
a key advantage over natural rubber.
Nitrile rubber performs well in carburetor and fuel pump
diaphragms, aircraft hoses, seals and gaskets as well as
oil-lined tubing. Due to its versatility, nitrile is used in
applications involving not only oil and fuel resistance, but
those applications requiring resistance to heat, abrasion, water,
and gas permeability.

reports property values is consistent, can put in storage.
Model Inspection:After the mold development or mold cleaning finished on the
machine,

cavity of the product
specifications and quality.
Production Inspection:The production process of the product inspection personnel timing
semi-finished product inspection, ensure the quality of the
rationality of technology, defective
rate control in a reasonable range.
Quanlity Control:The quality inspection department will conduct a sampling

batch of products
